Welcome to Elk Point-Jefferson High School and Middle School!
We are excited to have you become a member of our school community. As Huskies we are proud of the many and varied achievements of our students, the staff who support them, and the sense of community that comes within our environment. That sense of community is focused upon encouraging students to recognize and develop the potential they have by having high expectations in the classroom, in their behavior, in their relationships with others, and their future goals. Finding the balance within our community to support this endeavor is the key to developing young people of intellect, compassion, and who have a strong enthusiasm for life.
We have a great deal of which to be proud. In particular, our strong academic performance is an aspect which our staff has worked diligently to maintain and improve. Evidence that support this work is witnessed through the academic assessments provided at both the state and national level. Our students routinely score in the top levels in our state through a variety of state and national assessments such as the ACT.
