On Friday kindergarten went on a nature walk to explore the world around us! The kids collected leaves, seeds, flowers, and other natural treasures along the way. We used our finds to create beautiful nature collages. The students loved observing the different colors, shapes, and textures in nature — it was a wonderful hands-on learning experience!

Tuesday they participated in identifying the use of artifacts from the Vikings Age dating back to 1000 A.D, and Wednesday they participated in a Simulation of the everyday lives of the ancient explorers. Did you know that the original Vikings did NOT have horns on their helmets?
