Mrs. Marasco's Second graders took some time to celebrate Constitution day today! Students learned about the constitution through a video, discussion, and a short read aloud. They also got to complete a fun coloring page.

September is National Suicide Prevention month. At EPJ we want students and families to know it’s okay to talk about suicide. For help and resources for you or someone you love, call 988. In South Dakota, 1 in 6 adults lives with a mental illness. Together we can let people know it’s safe to get help when they need it most.

EPJ is committed to educating the whole child—mind, body, and heart.
September is Suicide Awareness Month, and with the help of the Lost and Found Foundation, our students will be taking part in a Chalk Walk tomorrow, September 18th. This special activity gives students the chance to decorate our sidewalks with positive and uplifting messages for all to see.
To make this event even more colorful, we’re looking for donations of sidewalk chalk. If you have any extra or unused chalk at home and would like to donate, please drop it off at one of the main offices.
Thank you for supporting our students and helping spread kindness in such a meaningful way!
Feel free to also participate. we can change this world together.
